ASK CABRILLO

To get started, type a question in the box below. For example: "How do I apply to Cabrillo?"

Our Best Answer
Do I have to drop my class if I don't attend?

Non-Attendance

It is the student's responsibility to drop classes.  Although many instructors will drop students for non-attendance, the student should not assume that they will.  Failure to drop classes could result in such things as, owing money and a failing grade (F) on your record.

For a calendar of dates for dropping and withdrawing, see the class schedule, or press here.

Drop the class by the official drop date to avoid paying fees. An outstanding balance may prevent you from registering for future semesters. For information on how to drop a class, click here.

If you miss the deadline to drop for a refund, you can still withdraw from a class; however, you will need to pay fees and a "W" will appear on your transcript.

Be advised that students are limited to the number of times they may attempt a class.
